Mucking out the Jockey Club
We look at the structural incentive for corruption in membership admission to HKJC, and its small-circle voting system, highlighted by yesterday's arrest of 3 of the 200 Voting Members. We call for liberalisation of the gambling sector. (24-Nov-2004)

The move has implications for the MPF as well as the battle against offshore football betting. Read our exclusive story... (1-Apr-2001)
