A curious situation indeed - why is SHKP reportedly paying compensation to the shipyard operators to get them to leave? Could this be related to the fact that SHKP owns 35% of Cheerjoy Development Ltd, which developed the Larvotto residential development behind the shipyards, covered in our article of 3-Mar-2010?
